The BIBLE

I believe that one day we will die, and when we do we are going to meet Jesus. The Great I AM! Who will ask us WHY... WHAT...WHEN...WHERE...HOW! He will not accept any excuse or reason for any action or thought that we have done. BECAUSE HE KNOWS OUR INTENTIONS! He is the only person in this great big world that knows us deep down inside. Not our mothers, fathers, sisters, or brothers know us truly. They only know WHAT WE LET THEM... We can never ever let anyone know us to the fullest because its sad but true we don't know ourselves completely.. I have to remember that smart king David said Let my evil sins that unknowing to me. WOW! So what that tells me is that inside each of us has JUNK that is unknown, and guess what, its holding us back.

We have baggage... oh yeah, major baggage that determines how we react and how we treat certain people and situations that we face daily. If you and I don't take the chance to purge yourself of these habits and thoughts, then we can not have a fruitful, productive life. You can gain everything this world offers.... WEALTH...STATUS...LOVE...ITEMS....

All these things will PASS away. They DO NOT matter! It is NOT IMPORTANT! IT WILL RUST AWAY! So we strive for what... house, car, love, money, our place in this world... ?

Well, those things will pass away, but GOD WILL NOT !!! His ways and plans are the only thing that we are CONSTRUCTED to do... We are created by no mistake. We are formed in the womb and we have a specific plan for our lives. As megar as you think your life is, my friend it is not! You HAVE A REASON for being placed RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE!!!!

Do not think you are out of God's grasp. He is right there with you. Guiding you, if you listen... But YOU HAVE TO READ THE BIBLE>>> This is not a leisure thing... IT IS HIS WRITTEN WORD . THAT WILL REVEAL WHERE YOU NEED TO BE... ITS NOT A CHOICE NOR HABIT ITS A MUST...

I am afraid, that many will meet Jesus and he will say I never knew you... You really didn't know me... YOU CAN KNOW HIM BY PICKING UP THAT BIBLE AND READING IT... IT WILL TURN YOUR LIFE DNUORA... hehe AROUND!!!!

My Son is 10 years old today...

Now this thought really knocks me silly... Oh my Gosh, my tiny baby boy! The turning point of my entire life. the person who made me reconsider happiness. Ten years! I have thoroughly enjoyed each moment...

I am reminded of the day John and I brought him home. We had an old F100, in line 6. I loved that truck. I was in shock the hospital let me have the baby. No competence test, no vow that we will take care of this new person, nothing! I had my mom, bless her soul, on stand by to take custody of Dylan. Because there was no way the hospital *with any sense* would give us a child to raise.

But 23 hours exactly, we were in the truck with a boy who kept looking at us...

WE HAD NOT A CLUE WHERE TO GO!

So, at the time, we went to the 2nd best place i knew my sister's house. She is 10 years my senior and had 2 boys of her own. She would know what to do!!!

LOL, That was an amazing day.

Two weeks later, I had no idea why you cried all the time. UGH! Aunt Chell was the hero that day. Feed him Belinda... ummm, I tried to breast feed without success. So Chell fed him and John and I load baby boy up and took him for a ride. Five minutes into the journey, we turned the interior lights on to see if he was OK. He wasn't crying anymore. And there he was eyes wide open, looking around, checking everything out. Sweet face, sweet soul, and so much more than I deserve to be a part of.

The kids have been sent to Grandma's... Hubby and I are packed... *sigh* Not very often do I leave my kids at home when we venture off to work, they are usually packed up and shipped out with us. Mile after mile they ride on like great little troopers. Yeah right! Sometimes they fight, sometimes they sing for hours, and sometime, just sometimes they SLEEP! haha.

I Love My Kids... I never desire for them to be away from me.

enough said about that *sigh, again*

the husband and I are going to the work office to take care of business for the day which lets us have a mini-vacation/romantic getaway. We will be in the mountains of North Georgia. I will be armed with camera, aiming for the perfect shot... LOL!

Today's encounters are as followed:

Granny Herrin: I love this woman of God. She has read, studied, and prayed the Bible. Our talk left me happy, glad that Jesus loves me and motivated to just keep on...

Thoughts and Ideas

1. People, ALL PEOPLE, the president, pastors, your boss, neighbors, your in laws, EVERYBODY screws up... Everyone Sins, Everyone has bad thoughts, everyone is selfish. It is nature... We are evil and until we meet Jesus we can not be better THAN ANYONE ELSE!!!!

2. Everybody needs a pat on the back. Appreciate those you love praise them tell them they rock, they are special, and you are glad they are in your life. DO NOT TAKE FOR GRANTED WHY THOSE PEOPLE ARE YOURS... God did place us right where we need to be. Love them anyway.

(yes, i am reminding myself too)

3. Love your wife/husband... as Christ loves you. They are not PERFECT... don't expect them to know what you want, tell them... I DARE YOU.

Smile lots, Laugh till it hurts, and DON'T BE AFRAID TO DO SOMETHING NEW!!! (easy readers, I am not talking about something bad, Anyone can get drunk... I dare you to do something new SOBER!!! )

Sleep has been very hard for me these last few days. I have tossed and turned, read, and now I blog. This blog is going to be my venting spot. Facebook and twitter gives me ample opportunity to vent, but for some reason, I feel responsible for the ones that "add me as a friend." I feel i must give them some ray of light, sunshine, humor, or just something positive to feed on... I dont believe they have much good in them to produce their own, or even seek their own for that matter...

People post horrible stuff... Gosh, is it really that terrible. It has taught me to be thankful for what I have, but most importantly, for the thing I DONT HAVE... those with much, are very, very GRUMPY! HA!

I really would like to paste all over their walls... QUIT WHINING and GET OVER IT... or DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT if its that bad... gee it seems to me they love to be miserable so they stay that way... so be it. and the women in and out of relationships (crying when they lose the men, Fussing about the men when they have them...) Yes, I do have a very happy marriage. Ten years by the way, but before we met I was very alone, by choice, none the less but alone and MISERABLE! You can call me an expert on Lonely, miserable, and UNHAPPY about everything... THANK YOU GOD for lifting those burdens and walls that surrounded me because I am free... Free to be happy and content... was it easy... NO!!!!!

Is it still hard at times to fight the urge to slip back into that black abyss... YES YES YES!

But i am a fighter.. I love to argue. I love to take the side that everyone is against. Why? Because...

Because I want to see if you really believe what you are saying... or are you saying it because your peer feels that way... so i like to push your buttons. :) my hubby says I am way to hard on folks. I am trying to become (easier) to get along with but i can assure you this will be an adventure. Well... this is the first blog post of the year...

2. IT IS NOT THAT BAD

3. GET OVER IT... YESTERDAY IS GONE, AND GUESS WHAT IT IS ALWAYS TODAY.

4. IT REALLY COULD BE WORSE

5. HELP SOMEONE, IT WILL TAKE YOUR MIND OFF ALL THE CRAP YOU HAVE IN YOUR LIFE!
